If you have concerns about how What The Ell Ltd has collected, used or stored your personal information, you have the right to make a data protection complaint.

Complaints can be submitted by email to ellie@whattheell.co.uk.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days and investigate the matter as quickly as possible. We may contact you for further information if required.

Once our investigation is complete, we will provide a written response outlining our findings and any actions taken.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
