Hey, I’m Ellie – a diagnosed AuDHD (autism + ADHD) virtual assistant who finally ditched the 9–5 after 14 years of feeling overlooked, overwhelmed, and completely out of sync with “office life.”
I started What The Ell Ltd ® to build a business that actually works with neurodivergent brains, not against them. No more burnt-out lunch breaks, awkward small talk, or masking my way through the day – just clear, honest, supportive help, and a work life built around flexibility, transparency, and healthy boundaries.
And somewhere along the way, I even won an award for it – which still blows my mind, but also reminds me why this work matters.
